Love this contrast therapy 2 knee coldest setting is what found to be most beneficial for warm up and recovery as a athlete leaves me feeling great after using it for short and long sessions of five minutes each alternating cryotherapy and thermal therapy would recommend to move better!

I just received this model and previously used the last model without the compression. The new model is great with the new compression. The best improvement however is the interface right on the unit. So much easier to use now that you don't have to use the app to adjust settings. Love it

The downside is the battery life, which could be longer, especially if you use high-intensity cooling. The price is also on the higher end, so it’s more suitable for athletes or people who really need regular knee recovery.

Bought this for my son who is recovering from a bad bone bruise in his left knee. Has very bad inflammation currently and I’ve tried everything the past 8-weeks from $400 red light therapy units to full leg compression boots. This is the best $450 I’ve spent so far and it reduced my son’s inflammation after the first 40-minute cycle. Wish I got this sooner, can’t put a price on recovery so he can get back to playing sport.

This thing is amazing. It's a massive step up from the Hyperice X Knee. I love that everything is just displayed on the unit itself including the levels of heat/ice/compression. I do wish the charging cable was a little more portable, the charging brick is massive. It would be cool if everything could just move over to usb-c charging. Now I just need a back version of the hyperice X
